At Binded with Love, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes things may not go as expected, and we're here to help make it right. Please review our refund policy below:

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds are available for eligible items within 7 days of delivery. 
  • To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Cut fabric lengths and custom-made bundles are non-refundable unless there is a defect in the product.
  • Clearance or sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Initiating a Refund:

 

  • To initiate a refund, please contact email hello@bindedwithlove.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request.

Refund Process:

  • Once your refund request is received and approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • Returns must be shipped back within 7 days to avoid a 20% restocking fee.
  • Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure that we receive the items.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
